Returns and exchanges will be shipped from 1-1-7 Higashinakyama, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, 273-0036.
If you are not satisfied, please return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
We will issue a full refund for the product price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
For initial defects, if reported within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the product with a new one, re-adjust it, or repair it.
